My entire thesis is avalable :

double sided, color, ps (~150 MB)
double sided, color, pdf (~20 MB)
Front cover (pdf) and spine (pdf) for booklet printing

Some of the figures in EPS format are available here.
The web version is still undergoing some changes ( arger pictures and better links to bibliography), I should put it up soon when it looks as good as the printed versions

I would also like to put a web linked page of my thesis bibliography. Maybe soon.

Please let me know if you are having problems downloading. (Also let me know if you find the contents useful)
